Shipping policy Shipping & handling costs: Shipping and Handling costs begin at $3 for orders going to any one of the 48 contiguous United States. For faster shipping, the cost begins at $5 for orders going to any one of the 48 contiguous United States. See chart below for all shipping costs within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders going to Canada start at $13. For all other orders outside the 48 contiguous United States, shipping starts at $20. Larger or heavier items will have additional shipping costs and will be noted with the product information. For orders of more than $75, regular shipping is free (within the 48 contiguous United States)! Most items will arrive 7-9 business days after the order is placed or 5-7 days when faster shipping has been chosen. For orders outside the 48 contiguous United States using UPS standard shipping, the delivery time can be up to two weeks. **Please note: Additional charges may be assessed to international orders by your government, or shipping carriers for Taxes, Tariffs, Duties, or Brokerage fees. We are not able to predict what these charges will be and responsibility for them will be left up to the customer.** Larger or heavier items that require extra shipping charges will be noted with the product information.
Payment methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also pay via e-check or debit card or with funds from your PayPal account. (All transactions are processed via a Secure Server using 256-bit SSL encryption to scramble credit card information). Sales tax: Any items shipped to Nevada will be charged a state sales tax rate of 7.75%. No tax will be charged for orders shipped outside of Nevada. Shipping time: Most items will be shipped 1-3 business days after the order is placed. For items that are temporarily out of stock, you will be notified immediately and informed of the expected delivery date. You have the option of waiting until the item arrives, selecting another item in exchange or canceling the item from your order. Address correction fees: Orders that are returned to FashionsFurDogs.com due to incorrect address information will be charged for the shipping fee. Incorrect address information would include: missing apartment or suite number, wrong house number, missing company name, wrong zip, multiple addresses listed in the street field, or any other error which would render the package undeliverable resulting in it being either returned to us. Incorrect addresses will also result in delayed delivery. Please double check your shipping address for accuracy. Undeliverable packages which require reshipment at the customer's request, are subject to a reshipment charge equivalent to the original shipping fees. Should we be unable to reach the customer for resolution, a 50% restock charge will be apply and store refund will be issued for the balance. Shipping and handling is nonrefundable. We appreciate your cooperation. Damaged items or lost packages: If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We offer one FREE exchange for a damaged item. A $5 handling fee will be applied for subsequent exchanges for that same item. We will cover the cost of shipping for the first exchange. If you feel your item is lost, you must notify us within 45 days of order placement. We will not be held responsible for notifications after that time. In most cases, items should arrive in a week or less within the 48 contiguous United States and two to three weeks for orders outside the 48 contiguous United States. Canceling an order: Because orders are processed quickly, a cancellation notice must be given at most 1 day after the order is placed. Send an e-mail message with the subject line: Cancel order to support@fashionsfurdogs.com and in the body of the e-mail include your Receipt ID (located at the bottom of your electronic receipt) and your name. You may also call us at (775) 309-3786. Our customer service hours are: Monday-Friday from 4:15 p.m.-8:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m.-8:30 p.m. Pacific Time. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order immediately. However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, you will need to process a return based on our return policies, conditions and restrictions (listed below). Changes to an order follow the same procedure. Call us at the phone number above or send an e-mail message with the subject line: Change order to support@fashionsfurdogs.com and in the body of the e-mail include your Receipt ID, your name and the changes you need to make. If your order has already been processed and shipped, you will need to process a return or exchange. Please check orders carefully to prevent extra costs and delays. Return Policy FashionsFurDogs.com guarantees your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original, unused and resalable condition within 30 days after you received it for a merchandise exchange or refund of the purchase price. A refund does not include the shipping and handling costs. Return exception: Due to abuse, costumes (including wedding outfits) may only be returned for store credit. The returned costumes must be in their original packaging and in unused, resalable condition. Return instructions: Please include a note (preferably on the packing slip), with RETURN or EXCHANGE written on it. If you would like to exchange the item, please let us know what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. If sending items via USPS, ship the unused item in its original packaging and note to the following address: FashionsFurDogs.com Attn: Returns Dept. P.O. Box 854 Genoa, NV 89411 For your protection, we suggest you send your return with insurance and delivery confirmation -- keep your receipt -- for tracking purposes. Items returned through the U.S. Mail using only insurance without delivery confirmation can be lost in transit. Insurance by itself does not provide proof of delivery. If an insured item becomes lost, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the Post Office to recover your loss for the merchandise. Insurance with the Post Office is a transaction between an individual and the United States Postal Service, and is not affiliated with FashionsFurDogs.com. If sending items using a courier other than USPS, ship to the following address: FashionsFurDogs.com Attn: Returns Dept. 101 Round House Rd. Genoa, NV 89411 PLEASE PACKAGE YOUR RETURN SECURELY. We are not responsible for any packages or merchandise damaged or lost in shipping. Please be advised that until there is proof that we have received your merchandise, it is your property. We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible. Shipping charges for exchanged orders are your responsibility. If additional charges are needed we will contact you for your permission to charge your credit card for the additional costs. Likewise, if you are exchanging merchandise for items which are less expensive, we will gladly refund the extra amount to the card used in the purchase.
