How do I know I'm choosing the right size?
Check our Sizing Guide to help you choose the appropriate size. Each product listing has measurements to help you as well.

How much is shipping?
The shipping cost starts at $3 for orders going to any one of the 48 contiguous United States. Orders going to Canada start at $13. For all other orders outside the 48 contiguous United States, shipping starts at $20. Larger or heavier items will have additional shipping costs and will be noted with the product information. For orders of more than $75, shipping is free (within the 48 contiguous United States)! Please see our Shipping & Return Policy for more information.

Do you charge sales tax?
Any items shipped to Nevada will be charged a state sales tax rate of 7.75%. No tax will be charged for orders shipped outside of Nevada.

What are the payment methods?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also pay via e-check or debit card or with funds from your PayPal account. (All transactions are processed via a Secure Server using 256-bit SSL encryption to scramble credit card information).

I'm not comfortable with sending my credit card info over the Internet. Is there another way to order?

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We process orders 1-2 days after receiving them. Most orders will arrive in 5-7 days after they have been placed. We try to estimate the longest delivery time possible, so in most cases you will receive your order earlier.

Can I cancel or change an order?
Because orders are processed quickly, a change or cancellation notice must be given at most 1 day after the order is placed. You may call us or send an e-mail message with the subject line: Cancel order or Change order to support@fashionsfurdogs.com and in the body of the e-mail include your Receipt ID (located at the bottom of your electronic receipt) and your name. If you are making a change, include what changes need to be made. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel or change the order immediately. However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, you will need to process a return or exchange. Please see our Shipping & Return Policy on questions about canceling or changing orders.

How do I return an item or get it exchanged?
FashionsFurDogs.com guarantees your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original, unused and resalable condition within 30 days after you received it for a merchandise exchange or refund of the purchase price. A refund does not include the shipping and handling costs. Please see our Shipping & Return Policy for information about returns and exchanges. We recommend you check orders carefully to prevent extra costs and delays.

Do you have a catalog?
We DO NOT have a printed catalog to send out. This website is an online catalog. We save money and so do you!
